We love our products, and we hope you do too! However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once authorized, we’ll refund the full cost minus shipping costs upon reception of the item(s). Please note that this applies to Catecases purchased on our website and authorized retailers. Catecases purchased through an authorized retailer generally have their own return policy, and a proof of purchase is required to process a return.

We know that many smartphones look alike, so in the event that the incorrect phone model was ordered, we are happy to exchange the Catecase for the same design and type.

Items on clearance, customized items, and digital products are not eligible for return.
